Our Team
Debra Zimmer
President and Founder
Debra Zimmer, President and Founder of Techsource Dental, began her career in the dental arena in 2004. With over 23 years business experience, both in dental and previously in the technology/communications sector, Debra leads a management team for sales and marketing as well as oversight of manufacturing and operations.
Debra has her BBA from Northwood University and MBA from Southern Methodist University, both in Dallas, Texas. Debra drives the company vision of excellent customer service, exceptional quality products, client retention and new business development.
Shawn Hernandez
Chief Operating Officer
Shawn Hernandez, CDT, Chief Operating Officer, is the heart of the lab, managing the manufacturing and operations of a precision dental lab. Shawn’s passion and expertise for delivering a customized service in a manufacturing world comes from her background as a restaurant proprietor. Her service industry experience fuels her masterful ability to create and drive cohesive teams, within the lab and most importantly, with Techsource clients. With over 18 years’ experience in the dental field, Shawn is a recognized expert in implant dentistry, often the go-to resource on solving and restoring complex surgical cases.
When not at the lab, Shawn is an avid sports fan who enjoys watching her beloved Texas Longhorns, Dallas Cowboys and Texas Rangers. Shawn and her husband of over 25 years enjoy spending time with their two children, and most especially their two precious grandsons.
